While at AETN, Cole worked primarily with ArkansasIDEAS, producing online content including LIVE studio and field productions. The largest event each year is a summit conference held by the Arkansas Department of Education.

He set up streaming and audio equipment as well ran the cameras during LIVE streaming. Before going live, Cole helped the guest lecturers prepare by setting up their microphones and making sure they were prepared for a live broadcast.
